1 medium organic cantaloupe
1/2 medium honeydew melon
10 leaves fresh organic peppermint
1 whole organic lime

Preparation
Wash melons and remove seeds. Using a melon baller, scoop out melon flesh. Place melon balls in a serving dish. Squeeze lime over melon, top with fresh mint and chill 30 minutes. Serve.
